Whether you’re seeking to have a small, intimate wedding beneath the southwestern sunset, an unforgettable quinceañera, fundraiser, private party, or any other event, we proudly host weddings and events of all types! With onsite options of tents, uplighting, photo staging areas, and a gazebo for ceremonies. When the weather is cooler you can enjoy the outdoor firepits and fireplace inside the gazebo. When it is warmer you can come inside to the refrigerated air. The most popular weddings hold ceremonies outdoors, then have guests move inside for a scrumptious dinner, then take the party and dance outdoors under the stars. It was the perfect place for our wedding reception, exactly what we wanted. We had such a great time, and our guests loved it too! It was enough space for our 275 guests. Well to start off both the owner and the manager got COVID-19 when we were trying to plan our wedding there but in the end they somehow made it work and let me tell you, we gave them a challenge. We had our 100% vegan wedding there and it was gorgeous and so much fun! The manager, once the whole communication issue was resolved, was so nice and helpful and the food! They created a whole vegan menu for us with options for our guests, I have to admit we were very worried because about 99% of our guests were not vegan so we were worried they'd be disappointed/upset if the food was bad but he went above and beyond. We weren't able to do the tasting until like 3 days before the wedding which obviously was too late had it been a disaster but to our dismay (it can take a while for someone to learn how to make quality vegan dishes) the food was amazing!
