How many guests can Grapevine Plaza accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 300 guests in the ballroom and up to 1,500 outdoors in our lawn and stage area.

Do you offer on-site catering?

Yes, we offer catering, beers, cocktails, and wines for your event from our on-site brewery and restaurant, Picacho Peak Brewing Company.  We offer both plated or buffet style with pricing based per person and options for child plates.

Am I able to use my own vendors, or do I have to use Grapevine’s Plaza’s included vendors?

We offer DJ service, catering, design and rental services. You are also welcome to use any outside vendors of your choice.

What is the start and end time of my event?

You can begin your event at the time of your choosing. The event must conclude by midnight.

What is the booking process for Grapevine Plaza?

Start by filling out our inquiry form so we can get more information about your event. We will be back in touch with you to schedule a tour, answer any questions, and finalize your booking. A ___ deposit is required to secure your date, and your remaining balance is due ___ days before your event.

What is the cancellation policy at Grapevine Plaza?
